1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. Agreement to be Legally Bound
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website www.find-locksmith.com ("Website" or "Service") as a user ("User"). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you may not use the Service.

In addition, Users agree to comply with all international, federal, state, and local laws regarding online conduct, copyright, privacy, and acceptable content.
3.2. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal, harmful, malicious, or offensive activities when using the Website. Such activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, data mining, scraping, phishing, spamming, transmitting viruses, or violating any local, state, national, or international law, rule, or regulation.
3.3. Reporting Violations
Users are responsible for monitoring their own User Account and activities. If a User discovers any violation of this Agreement, they are required to immediately report the violation to www.find-locksmith.com.

4.4. Content Removal by www.find-locksmith.com
www.find-locksmith.com reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove, without liability, any User Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be in violation of this Agreement or otherwise harmful or objectionable, without providing notice to the User who posted the User Content.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1. Agreement to Negotiate
Users agree to make a good faith effort to settle any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (collectively, "Dispute"), through negotiation first.
5.2. Agreement to Mediation
If the Dispute is not resolved through negotiation, Users agree to submit to non-binding mediation administered by a mutually agreed upon mediator located in Cooper City, Florida, United States.
5.3. Agreement to Arbitration
If the Dispute is not resolved through mediation, Users agree to submit the Dispute to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed upon arbitrator located in Cooper City, Florida, United States, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. www.find-locksmith.com disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement. Neither www.find-locksmith.com nor its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, will be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profit, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Website or any User Content. 8. Termination
8.1. Termination by User
You may terminate your User Account at any time by providing written notice to www.find-locksmith.com. Your notice shall be deemed effective upon receipt by www.find-locksmith.com while terminating its use of the Website and associated Services.
8.2. Termination by www.find-locksmith.com
www.find-locksmith.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Website and Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Website and Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your User Account, you may do so at any time and for any reason by providing written notice to www.find-locksmith.com.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cooper City, Florida, United States. Each party hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objections thereto, including on the basis of venue and the inconvenience of forum.
9.2. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from this Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
9.3. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and www.find-locksmith.com concerning the Website and its Service and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
9.4. Waiver
The failure of www.find-locksmith.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by www.find-locksmith.com.
9.5. Assignment
Users may not assign, sublicense, or transfer any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement, and any attempt to do so will be null and void. www.find-locksmith.com may freely assign, sublicense, or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement without restriction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this User Agreement as of the Effective Date on 29th day of June 2024.
